About Our Bedford Chiropractic Service:
We are a multi-disciplinary health care clinic in the Bedford region that offers chiropractic care to patients that have body pains and may complain about neck pain, upper or lower back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, etc. During the initial consultation, after obtaining appropriate informed consent forms, our licenced chiropractor will use his knowledge and skills to examine the patient and evaluate their primary complains. Subsequently, he determines a diagnosis and check for related complications.
After educating the patient about him/her health problems and answering all the related question, our chiropractor explains about the treatment plans, frequency of the care, cost for the session, and appropriate stretches and exercise they need to perform. Our chiropractic uses a high velocity low amplitude technique called diversified technique to manually adjust the affected joints of the body and to potentially improve the joint’s mobility.
The patients are always advised that there is no guaranty that the pain goes away in the initial chiropractic session or after few sessions. We explain to them that their pain may get better, worse, or stay the same. There is also a chance that their body get sore for few days post adjustment. Patients are also advised that they have an option to use other health care services such as Acupuncture, Massage, or Physiotherapy that may provide similar results as the chiropractic treatments.
Our chiropractic treatments are generally painless, and effective and we are exceedingly cautious and never try do anything unconventional to treat patients. We firmly believe in providing relief gradually over time.
